Okanagan Treehouse Policies

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Booking Confirmation: Your reservation at Okanagan Treehouse is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made 5 days or more before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable service fees.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 day of the check-in date or for early departures.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:

Check-In Time: Check-in time is 3pm. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.

Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 10am . Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.

House Rules:

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the treehhouse.

Pets: Pets are not allowed

Noise: Please respect the tranquility of the surroundings and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11pm-8am

Parties and Events: Parties and events are allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

Guest Responsibilities:

Security: Guests are responsible for securing the treehouse and its contents during their stay.

Cleanliness: Please leave the treehouse in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out.

Respect: Please respect the natural surroundings and wildlife, and follow any guidelines provided by our staff.

Additional Policies:

Children: Children are welcome, but please supervise them at all times, especially on the deck and in the surrounding forest.

Accessibility: Please note that our treehouse accommodations may not be suitable for guests with mobility

impairments or certain medical conditions. Please contact us for more information before booking.

Insurance:

For non- Canadian residents, we recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
