Seasonal Pricing and Policies

Lean Season (March 20 - June 1 & September 1 - November 20):

• Nightly Rate: $300
• Cleaning Fee: $50 (one-time)
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights for weekends
• Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests at $300/night
• Additional Guests: $50 per person for each night exceeding 4 guests
• No pets allowed

Peak Season (June 1 - September 1):

• Nightly Rate: $349
• Cleaning Fee: $50 (one-time)
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights for weekends
• Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests at $349/night
• Additional Guests: $50 per person for each night exceeding 4 guests
• No pets allowed

Peak Season Holiday Rates (July 1 & September 5):

• Nightly Rate: $375
• Cleaning Fee: $50 (one-time)
• Minimum Stay: 2 nights for weekends
• Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests at $375/night
• Additional Guests: $50 per person for each night exceeding 4 guests
• No pets allowed

• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and full payment.
